At Ojos, we process and ship orders as quickly and carefully as possible so your Magic Eye Patches arrive safe, fresh, and ready to work their magic.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If international shipping is available:

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first before contacting us.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, Ojos is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Ojos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Ojos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need additional support, you can reach out to us at contact@ojosmagic.com and we will do our best to help.
